What I do

Mowing first —the rest when it’s needed.

Mowing is the heart of what I do — the rest of the list is for when a Garland yard needs more than just the cut. Pick one or all of them. I keep the route tight on purpose so your lawn stays on the same morning every week.

Weekly Mowing

Same morning every week. Bermuda kept tight in summer, raised half an inch when the August heat lands so the lawn keeps its color.

starts at $45 · per visit

Edging & Trimming

Power-edged borders and hand-trim around the fence, the AC pad, and the mailbox post. Walks blown clean before I leave.

starts at $30 · per visit

Leaf Cleanup

Fall leaves out of the lawn and the beds. Bagged and hauled off — not blown into the neighbor’s yard.

starts at $85 · per visit

Mulch Refresh

Hardwood or dark cedar — a fresh 2-inch top in spring so the beds look like someone tends them.

starts at $120 · per visit

Shrub & Hedge Trim

Boxwoods, hollies, and the front-walk shrubs cleaned up so the house looks tended from the curb.

starts at $60 · per visit

Bed Weeding

Hand-pulled weeds in the front and back beds — no glyphosate around the edibles unless you ask.

starts at $40 · per visit

Why neighbors call Angel

Around the cul-de-sac, theyjust call him Angel.

Big lawn companies hand you off to a dispatcher who has never seen your yard. I’m a solo operator — one person, one trailer, the name on the truck is mine. If something on your property looks off, I’m the one who notices.

  • Same morning, same person.

I run the route myself — Monday through Friday, the same yards on the same day. The trailer you see Tuesday is the same trailer that came last Tuesday.

  • Text the address, get a number.

No dispatcher, no callback queue. Send a text with the address (and a photo of the front yard if you have one) and I send back a flat weekly price the same day.

  • I notice the things a route crew misses.

A leaking sprinkler head, a tree limb low over the walk, a gate hinge that’s about to go. I text you a photo before I leave so you can decide what you want done.

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

In their words

What customers say

A few of the regular Garland, Sachse, and Rowlett neighbors who’ve let me cut their grass since I started.

Angel shows up Tuesday morning every week without fail. Clean lines, gate latched, my dog’s never gotten out. He texted me back inside ten minutes the first time I called.

Reasonable, on-time, and the yard looks the same on Friday as it did Tuesday morning. He noticed a sprinkler head was leaking and texted me a photo before he left. That’s the kind of thing big companies miss.

Habla español, llega temprano, y el zacate siempre queda parejo. Mi vecina me lo recomendó y ahora la mitad de la cuadra lo usa.

The Garland loop

Garland first —a tight loop around it.

One person, one trailer. I keep the route tight on purpose — same morning, same yard only works if I’m not driving an hour between cuts. Most of the weekly customers are in Garland proper, with a Tuesday line out toward Sachse, a Wednesday loop along the Lake Ray Hubbard side of Rowlett, and a Thursday run south across LBJ into Mesquite.

Past the loop? Text the address — I’ll let you know honestly if I can fit it in or not.

Mon–Fri rhythm

Five mornings, one trailer, the same yards every week.

The rhythm I run keeps every yard on a fixed day. If your day is full this week, I’ll tell you the next opening — and I won’t put your yard on two different days, ever.

Frequently asked

  • Garland is home base. I keep a tight loop — Sachse and Rowlett east of Lake Ray Hubbard, Mesquite south across LBJ, and the Richardson side near Centennial. If you’re past those, text me the address and I’ll let you know honestly.
