  • Weekly Mowing

    Same morning every week. Bermuda kept tight in summer, raised half an inch when the August heat lands so the lawn keeps its color.

    Weekly mowing on a fixed day so you know when to expect the trailer. Sharp blade every visit — a clean cut beats a torn one for green-up. I run a 0.75 to 1.25 inch height for Bermuda through April–September, then raise it slightly when temps push past 100. Bagging on request, mulch-cut by default. Side and back yards every visit unless you tell me otherwise.

  • Edging & Trimming

    Power-edged borders and hand-trim around the fence, the AC pad, and the mailbox post. Walks blown clean before I leave.

    Edged borders that hold a sharp line through the week — driveway, walks, beds, and the curb. String-trim around the fence, the AC condenser, the mailbox, and the trees the mower can’t reach. Every visit ends with a blower pass on the walks and the driveway so nothing tracks back into the garage.

  • Leaf Cleanup

    Fall leaves out of the lawn and the beds. Bagged and hauled off — not blown into the neighbor’s yard.

    Pecan, oak, and crape-myrtle leaf-fall pulled out of the lawn and the beds before it mats and smothers the grass. I bag and haul off; nothing piled at the curb unless that’s how Garland is collecting that week. Two passes for the heavy-tree yards along Apollo and Buckingham — one in mid-November, one after the last drop.

  • Mulch Refresh

    Hardwood or dark cedar — a fresh 2-inch top in spring so the beds look like someone tends them.

    Old mulch raked and pulled where it’s clumped, then fresh hardwood or dark cedar laid 2 inches deep with a clean edge against the lawn. Holds moisture through the Garland summer and quiets the weed germination. Bulk for the bigger jobs, bagged for tight beds.

  • Shrub & Hedge Trim

    Boxwoods, hollies, and the front-walk shrubs cleaned up so the house looks tended from the curb.

    Hand-shears for the shaped hedges, power trimmer for the long runs. Cleaned and bagged on the spot — no piles left for you to deal with. Timed to the plant: late winter for the hard cuts, light summer touch-ups to keep shape.

  • Bed Weeding

    Hand-pulled weeds in the front and back beds — no glyphosate around the edibles unless you ask.

    Crabgrass, nutsedge, and the seasonal sprouts pulled by hand from the front beds, the foundation, and the back. I keep a small bag in the truck for the cuttings and haul off the same day. If you have a garden bed I work around it.
